In Priced Out: Fear and Resistance in WA Mobile Home Parks, the Cascade PBS Investigative team examines the practices of mobile home park ownership group Hurst & Son in Washington state. Residents say sudden increases in rent, and cuts to maintenance have made it difficult to continue to afford their homes.
