Join us for a Winter Solstice Tea Meditation, a time to honor the return of the light, soften into stillness, and nourish body and spirit with mindful tea.

• Set intentions for the coming cycle

• Pause in gratitude for the darkness and its wisdom

• Welcome the first spark of returning light
