Dr. William Hallett will present on the Ph*rm*cy-Related Survey Updates, and latest trends, including any early action on the newly implemented surveyor guidance on Psychotropics, as well as guidance on safeguarding controlled medicine.

Dr. Martin Grossman will present on Palliative Care, including Hospice Services, and F678 Advanced Directives.

Dr. Jennifer Moore will offer insight on improving Survey Outcomes as well as NYSDOH survey trends.
