Free Community Mat Pilates Class

Welcome to our Free Community Mat Pilates Class! Connecticut Farms Presbyterian Church is partnering with Club Pilates Union Township to bring you a free community Mat Pilates class! Join us for a fun and energizing Pilates session. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this class is open to all levels. Come break a sweat, strengthen your core, and meet new friends in the community.

• 🪑 Please bring your own mat and grip socks (a limited amount will be available for purchase if you forget)
