STEM at the Library: Teen Science Café is a program of our Community STEM Program, in partnership with Fulton County Public Library, where teens explore STEM career paths and engage in hands-on STEM activities related to specific career fields.
This month at STEM at the Library: Teen Science Café, teens will explore chemistry, which is the study of matter and how atoms, molecules, and ions interact and transform to create all the materials in our world. Chemistry explains everything from how medications work in your body to how new technologies are developed, making it essential for understanding the natural world and pursuing careers in science, medicine, and engineering. This month, teens will learn about the various chemistry disciplines, chemistry-related careers,and engage in hands-on chemistry activities.
