Back to Nature: A Mini Retreat

Join us for an intimate afternoon retreat where nature, spirit, and community come together. Lonewolf District and Grazy Days invite you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive the wisdom of the land and its animals.

📍 Where: Grazy Days Farm in Union Bridge, MD
📅 When: Sunday, November 2 | 1:00–5:00PM

(Inclement weather - reschedule date is Sunday, November 16)
👥 Spots: Limited to 15 adult participants 21+

This half-day retreat will ground you in the rhythms of nature, offering you practices to restore balance and clarity through horses, meditation, and ceremony.

What to Expect:

• Opening ceremony and guided connection practice
• A mindful walk to the horse sanctuary
• Observational and reflective practices with horses
• Integration through active learning and group reflection
• Guided Earth Steward Meditation and Shamanic Journey
• Closing ceremony and community connection

Please Note: no horseback riding experience is necessary. No participants will be riding or handling the horses. We will be observing them with the potential of gentle pets and touching, but no riding will be done during this experience.
