Revitalize Potter County is a community-led planning initiative organized by the Potter County Planning Commission. We’re visiting towns all across the county to gather input and build a shared, long-term plan for economic development and community growth — starting with YOUR ideas.

Join us for a Revitalize Potter County Community Meeting on Monday, September 22 from 6–8 PM (Location coming soon!).
This is not your typical community meeting. There are no boring PowerPoints — just a chance to eat dinner with your neighbors, share what you love about Ulysses, and help plan what comes next.
We’ll talk about things like:
• Small business ideas
• Housing opportunities
• Gathering spaces & recreation
• Emergency Services and Healthcare
Expect a fun, hands-on evening with interactive stations, discussion, and dot-voting. You’ll get to move around the room, collaborate with neighbors, and make your voice heard.
