Cruise for Daily Driver and True Street will follow immediately after drivers meeting. Cruise will be made on tires that you are racing on
Safety Rules For All Classes
No leaks, clean under carriage.
Helmet, racing suit (long sleeves/pants/shoes), no open toe shoes.
Working harnesses/seatbelts.
All lug nuts.
A/C must be turned off.
Batteries must be secured.
Aftermarket fuel cells are to have a rollover check valve on the vent.
No extended weight bars or other types of bars are allowed past the rear bumper of the vehicle other than the parachute mount and parachute. (parachute mounts are not to be used as a wheelie bar or weight bar)
All ballast must be contained within the car, bumper to bumper. Weight can be mounted to the frame or rear end. All weight must be secured in an appropriate fashion where it cannot freely come off.
No passengers. (automatic DQ)
No drinking or use of drugs. (automatic DQ)
If any part of your vehicle comes off such as hood, truck lid, hood scoop, axle, etc. and it affects the other driver before the finish line it is automatic DQ.
Engine diapers are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
General Rules:
Racing straight off the trailer!
Only 2 people are allowed on the starting line per vehicle due to insurance purposes.
1 burnout only, tire crack is a jump, cross is a loss, first is worse.
Tech errors are to be called out before the car leaves the starting line
Protest for cars in the wrong class must be made before the first pair go down for that class
If there is a protest of a jump, finish line, cross, etc. both drivers must be present for the official ruling – not crew members.
Staff will use dedicated cameras for jump/cross and finish line only. No other cameras will be viewed to determine jump/cross or finish line. If flagger cannot determine winner at finish line, a run-back will be at the end of the round. If flagger cannot determine jump or cross, it will be viewed as if it didn’t happen. A cross will be the tire TOUCHING the centerline. Crew members must protest for jump/cross before the next pair come to the starting line.
Class Rules
Daily Driver
275/60 D.O.T. Radial – up to a 315 on a 17 inch wheel. Must have D.O.T. stamp (No slicks)
Full interior, rear seat delete is ok. Race front seats are allowed. Both front seats must be full sized seats
Tag, Title and insurance required with current registration. (no dealer tags)
O/D transmission unless factory non-O/D.
Footbrake only, no 2-step, no transbrake,
All factory panels are required. (fiberglass hood is allowed)
Single power adder only.
Exhaust past the driver. (no fender exits)
Factory style suspension in the stock location.
Must have a FUNCTIONING alternator, and cooling system.
Must have stock style functioning headlights, taillights, and blinkers. (No LED pods for headlights)
No AWD.
Subject to a cruise.
Must fit spirit of the class. Up to tech discretion if it fits the class.
True Street
Tag, Title and insurance required with current registration. (no dealer tags)
Must have stock style functioning headlights, taillights, and blinkers. (No LED pods for headlights)
28x10.5 Non W or 275/60 max tire size.
Must have factory glass and factory body panels – aftermarket bumper/cover is allowed.
Subframe connectors are allowed.
Fiberglass/carbon fiber hood/trunk lid is allowed, hood is not required.
Trucks may have lexan rear glass for roll cage only.
Fender exits are allowed.
No tube chassis – bolt in or weld in K member is allowed. No back-halfs.
Mini-tubs are allowed.
Factory style suspension in the stock location. Aftermarket shocks and springs are allowed.
Must have 2 full sized front seats.
Must have FACTORY style dash, door panels and carpet. (sheet metal door panels allowed)
Transbrake and 2-step are allowed.
Must have FUNCTIONING alternator and cooling system.
Cannot use ATV, golf cart, ect. to get to the starting line or return.
Race, Pump or E85 fuel only, No methanol.
No AWD.
Subject to a cruise.
Must fit spirit of the class. Up to tech discretion if it fits.
Small Tire
28-10.5 No W or 275/60 max tire size.
Steel roof and quarter panels required.
Must start from the drivers seat.
No AWD.
You are only guaranteed 15 minutes of cool down between rounds. This is to help keep the event moving.
