Join us for a transformative group session that combines Spinal Energetics and Breathwork, two powerful modalities designed to reconnect you with your energy, release stored tension, and connect you deeply with your body.
Meeting you exactly where you are, some find movement through the body, emotional release, some find stillness and deep rest. This isn't about forcing the body to release anything, it's about finding the connection in the disconnect within yourself without judgement, just presence, without having to do anything, but allow and from that space connecting with your innate healing abilities, your magic, your body, your divine technology on this earth.
