Members are hereby notified that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Milton Ulladulla Entertainers Inc. will be held as follows:

**📍 Kings Point Retreat Hall - Kings Point Drive, Kings Point: **
### 📌 Purpose of the Meeting:
- To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM.
- To receive and consider the annual reports of the committee.
- To receive and consider the financial statements for the previous financial year.
- To elect office-bearers and ordinary committee members for the upcoming term.
- To appoint the public officer (if necessary).
- To consider any resolutions or business raised by members (if notified in advance).
### 🗳️ Nominations:
In accordance with clause 15 of the Model Constitution:
- Nominations for committee positions must be submitted in writing to the Secretary **at least 7 days prior** to the meeting.
- Nominees must be current financial members.
### 🗳️ Membership:
Membership is available to all. Members must agree to abide by the Rules and Code of Conduct and also pay the membership fee of $1. To become a member, please visit the following link

Attendance by all involved with or supporting the Entertainers is encourage. Only current financial members are eligible to vote at the AGM. Proxy voting is permitted in accordance with clause 36 of the Constitution. There will be a social event for members and guests following the AGM where we will watch the video of this year's performance.
