POLIO DAY: ROTARY CLUB OF UGHELLI METROPOLIS SET TO IMMUNIZE CHILDREN
In line with Rotary International’s global campaign to end polio, the Rotary Club of Ughelli Metropolis, District 9141, will join millions of Rotarians across the world to mark World Polio Day through a community-based immunization exercise aimed at protecting children from the poliovirus.
As part of this humanitarian effort, the club will carry out the immunization of children as follows:
� Date: Monday, 20th October, 2025
� Venue: Urban Primary Health Care Centre, Ughelli
� Time: 7:30 a.m.
All parents and guardians are kindly encouraged to bring their children who are within the eligible age range to receive the polio vaccine.
Together, we can ensure that every child grows up healthy and free from the threat of polio.
