About the event

'The physiological and psychological impacts of over-flexion V true poll flexion'
A workshop collaboration between Jenn Postollec, Osteopath/Algotherapist from www.equinemanualtherapist.com and Kat Layfield, French Classical Trainer (Legerete) from www.thinkingequitation.com

In this 4 hour workshop we will explore the physical and emotional impacts of correct and incorrect poll flexion on the horse, focusing on anatomy, biomechanics and training, from both an osteopath and a trainers perspective.

Is your horse 'on the bit' in a way that improves their body or negatively impacts their body?

How can we assess if our horse is in true poll flexion or over-flexion?

How do we train true poll flexion and what can we do to avoid over flexing our horses?

There will be lectures, bones to explore, a practical poll flexion demonstration and an algotherapy demonstration.

This workshop has limited space so please contact

Tickets cost £70pp.

We look forward to seeing you there!
