IMBOLC SAUNA CEREMONY

beginnings. Join Sauna Master Saorla Wright for a special sauna ceremony celebrating this transition. We’ll focus on awakening the fire within, calling in warmth, joy, and the slow thaw of winter. The session will include storytelling, song, and traditional sauna therapies to nourish body and spirit.

Guests can enjoy our two saunas and wood-fired hot tub, and for the adventurous, a cold plunge awaits! This session is open to all.
