About the event

February Bereavement Group

February's free local drop-in bereavement group with complimentary refreshments.

The group is led by me, Vicki The Youth Fairy Heathfield. My approach is completely solution focused and actively encourages clients to re-focus more on the positive aspects of their lives, improve quality of sleep and engage in more positive actions/activities and interactions with others - without the need to revisit/talk excessively about past traumas.

As before, no need to book, just turn up.
