Curious to learn how to make your own cheese while supporting an agroecological and engaged approach?
Join us on December 13th for one unique workshops with Mariantonietta, a passionate shepherdess from the Murgia, one of the last wild corners of southern Italy.

👉 Workshop “Making” (3:30 PM – 5:30 PM)
🧀 In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn to create natural cheese or one flavored with chili 🌶️. Experience the simple magic of fresh ricotta as it takes shape before your eyes.
Then comes the most exciting part: stretching mozzarella, watching the curd transform into cheese in your hands.
At the end, we’ll sit together to taste the mozzarella and ricotta we just made, accompanied by a glass of Aglianico from Puglia 🍷.
Each participant will also take home their own 170 g cheese, made during the workshop.

Includes everything from the standard workshop 🧀 plus a gourmet tasting of several cheeses:
Caciocavallo (goat & cow) +Caciocavallo (sheep & cow)+Aged 10-month goat cheese + Aged 10-month cow cheese + Scamorza with fennel seeds + Scamorza with chili 🌶️
Accompaniments: Altamura DOP bread, fresh extra-virgin Puglian olive oil 2025,, and tastings of two wines from southern Italy 🍷

*Meet a committed shepherdess: Mariantonietta practices animal- and nature-friendly farming. She leads her flock to pasture daily and actively preserves traditional know-how.
A bridge between tradition and innovation: concerts in the barns, yoga sessions at the farm, creative workshops… the farm becomes a living space where art and agriculture meet.
**Experience the agroecological spirit of Casalina: by participating, you join a translocal collective experimenting with regenerative agriculture, respecting soil, biodiversity, and local communities. Every registration directly supports these practices and makes a real, positive impact.
***This year, the workshops take place at the heart of the FIESTALINA Christmas Market 2025, surrounded by around twenty artisans, live music, delicious food, and lots of sharing.
