Shadows of Power: Healing the Dynamics of Control, Resistance & Suppression
Do you notice power struggles show up in your life or community?
Maybe you’ve experienced direct fights for control, subtle passive-aggression, or people withdrawing their energy until they feel in charge again. Perhaps you’ve seen yourself suppressing your own power — staying quiet, holding back, or waiting until others lead before stepping forward.
These are all common shadows of power. Sometimes they appear as open conflict, other times as silent tension, resistance, or manipulation. Whether it’s competing to be heard, undermining authority, playing the victim, rescuing others, or using charm or silence as control — these patterns drain energy, create disconnection, and block true collaboration.
In this 6-hour experiential workshop, we will:
Uncover hidden power strategies (fight, passive-aggression, suppression, victim, martyr, rebel, rescuer, and more).
Identify your personal protector parts that use power plays to stay safe.
Meet the suppressed parts that long for authentic expression and trust.
Practice new ways of holding power that are relational, embodied, and collaborative.
Experience group rituals and parts work that transform old dynamics into healthy leadership and empowered belonging.
This is an invitation to move beyond the struggle for control and step into a new way of relating — one where power becomes presence, clarity, and connection, rather than resistance or domination.
