2 Hours of Deep Stillness & Connection
Slow down, tune in, and go deeper into your practice in this special Yin Yoga workshop. Julie will guide you through the principles and benefits of Yin Yoga, explore common postures, and share their connections to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
You’ll hold postures for longer periods to target dense connective tissue, focusing on the liver and gallbladder meridians — stimulating energy flow, releasing tension, and finding stillness in both body and mind.
What to Expect:
✨ Opening meditation
✨ Intro to Yin Yoga
✨ 90 minutes of Yin postures (liver & gallbladder meridians)
✨ Guided meditation & final savasana
Suitable for all levels — from beginner to seasoned yogi.
Optional props: blocks, blankets, bolster, strap, or eye pillow (studio-provided or bring your own).
