Tree Seedling Giveaway 2026

The free Tree Seedling Giveaway will take place Saturday, Feb. 7 where 2,000 tree seedlings will be handed out by the Tyler Trees Committee at the CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances South Tyler location. The species include shumard oak, pecan, and common persimmon. This species list could change depending on availability.

During the annual event, free tree seedlings are given away on a first come, first served basis. This event is sponsored by CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System, ArborGen, and the Texas A&M Forest Service.
