Spin class

This spin class is held each Tuesday evening through the dark hours of the season. Bring your rear wheel trainer (or I have a couple donated ones for you to try out), a towel, water bottle and a workout attitude. This class is to keep us on the same schedule all year long. Stretching is offered and encouraged after the workout. Please come and have some fun 🤩
