This workshop is a space for quiet and reflection, a space for healing and understanding. You feel confused about religion and what to believe. Looking back you see how the structures you were raised in have hurt you and you're not sure how to process. You feel like wounds that happened within your church have never been acknowledged and you think its time to do just that.
If you've ever felt totally isolated and wondered if you're the only one who is struggling after you've been hurt by someone in your religious community, this space is for you. During our time together we'll discuss what religious trauma is, how it happens, and how we heal. We'll learn skills together. You can share as much or as little as you want to share in our time together. This space is for you.
