Welcome to the Nevermore Book Convention and Ball! Join us on Sat, Oct 18, 2025 at the beautiful Tybee Island Wedding Chapel & Grand Ballroom for a day filled with all things bookish. Meet your favorite authors, discover new reads, and dance the night away at our ball. Get ready for a day of fun, books, and magic!
SCHEDULE:
10:00 am - 11:00 am: Panel ticket holder check-in and panel attendance
10:30 am - 11:00 am: check in will begin outside the venue for VIP Market Only ticket holders and Market/Ball ticket holders
*Those attending the ball will receive their pass to the ball at check in and must present at the door for ball attendance come 8:00 pm
11:00 am - 2:00 pm: VIP shopping for VIP and Market/Ball Ticket holders
3:00pm - 5:00 pm: general admission shopping (must have GA ticket)
*Check in for GA shopping will begin at 2:30 pm outside of venue
ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE OUT OF VENUE BETWEEN 5:00pm - 8:00pm
8:00 pm -11:00 pm: Nevermore Ball
