Whether you are a beginner or an experienced scrapbooker, this event is perfect for anyone who loves preserving memories through this beloved art form. Whether you are a beginner or experienced crafter you will be inspired by the tranquility of the ocean and beautiful sunrises.
Our retreat will feature various demonstrations led by talented individuals, who will inspire you with their expertise and passion. In addition to the creative aspect, we understand the importance of building connections within this community.

What to Bring:
For the traditional scrapbooker:
You will need to bring what you use to create your albums. Cutting tools, punches, embellishments, mixed mediums, journaling pens, papers, if you have an electronic cutting machine bring that along, and of course your pictures. I will provide my Big Kick ( a manual die cutting machine with plates).
For the digital scrapbooker -
Bring your laptop and your charging cord. The comfort Inn does have Wifi to access your digital materials
For the crafter -
This will depend upon what you are working on. So bring your products to work on your projects.
**(If you use any paints or sprays, out of curtesy and respect to Hotel Tybee and the use of their tables, be sure you cover your surface)
Bring comfy clothes, dress in layers (I personally like wearing my slippers or fuzzy warm socks).
Bring outdoor clothing and proper shoes for walking on the beach, if you like to stretch and walk.(prepare for cooler weather, but you never know you may get some warmer days. I always recommend wearing layers. )
Everyone has their own style of music they like to listen to, for curtesy of those around you, bring your own ear buds so you can enjoy your own music.
Don't forget your phone charger
Bring your own table light if you prefer extra lighting, along with your extension cord
Extra cash for eating out .
Bring your own beverages, & snacks. Every room does have a mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee machine

*How do I register/pay for this scrapbooking retreat?
you will register/pay for the scrapbooking retreat directly through ticket leap.
*Are chidren allowed to attend this retreat
I understand the importance of that bonding time and welcome children to attend. I do ask out of respect to all other croppers, any minors must remain with their supervising adult, and be respectful to others around them.
*Are pets allowed?

Refund Policy:
All payments made include a $75 non refundable deposit.
I realize that unexpected things happen, the cancellation policy is firm and applies to everyone—no exceptions. This ensures fairness for all and allows me to continue providing the best experience, with all the prizes, snacks, and accommodations that you love.
If you can no longer attend your registered retreat, you must let me know by email @
QlRNY0FydGh1cjkgfCBhb2wgISBjb20=, in order to have your transfer of payment to another retreat. I am no longer issuing refunds. The $50 non refundable deposit is non-transferrable. When you transfer your payment to another retreat, You will need to make another $50 deposit in addition to when you transfer your retreat balance.
If you do not inform me by email, before the cut off date of September 1, 2025 you will not qualify for a payment transfer and no money will be refunded.
You may transfer the payment to another retreat only one time within one year of the original retreat date. You cannot keep transferring the same balance from retreat to retreat if you keep canceling
Transfer of payment:
If a guest wishes to transfer their payment, the transfer must be as follows.
Any transfer of payment must be made by January 30,2026 by email to Tina @

You will need to make an additional deposit of $50 when you transfer your payment to another retreat.
Your $75 deposit must be made when the transfer of payment is made to another retreat. If additional deposit is not made, your transfer of payment will not be allowed. Payment can be made through venmo. Instructions will be sent through email.
Any cancellation made on or after January 31,2026 will not be eligable to transfer your payment to another retreat, nor any money will be returned
