Please join us for our annual Snowmobile Safety course. 30 available spots.
• Class is limited to 30 students, first come first served.
• Prior to testing day, students need to complete online training course on the Minnesota Department of Resources. Click on Licenses > Permits and Regulations > Recreational Vehicle Safety > Snowmobile Safety Training. Or snowmobilecourse.com will work. There is a cost to the online course, which is around $30.
• Students must complete the online class and bring the completed course certificate to the review and driving course date.
• Students need to be at least 11 and certificate will not be valid until their 12th birthday. Adults born after December 31st, 1976 that want to become certified may also complete this course.
• Students need to complete online training course prior to exam and riding course.
• Written exam and riding course are scheduled for January 10th 2026.
• Location of exam and riding course: Trinity Lutheran Church, 106 Stenseth Ave, Twin Valley, MN. 56584 starting at 9:00 am.
• Upon passing the written exam, students will take the riding exam.
• Please bring proper snowmobile helmet and winter clothing. (Dress warm)
• Training snowmobiles provided by Moonshiner's Snowmobile Club for riding course.
• All students must be accompanied by an parent or guardian.
• Please arrive a little early as registration takes a little time.
