The December Magic Valley Real Estate Investors Meeting will be from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on December 11th at Hong Kong Restaurant.
Networking begins at 6:00 PM, and the presentation begins promptly at 6:30 PM.
We will have Ryan Thompson, Mortgage Loan Officer with Fulcrum Home Loans, speaking on “Fulcrum Home Loans – Tips from a Mortgage Broker.”
Ryan and his family moved to Twin Falls in 2024 and have quickly settled into the community. Before joining the mortgage industry, Ryan spent nearly two decades in management roles within the oil and gas sector, giving him a strong foundation in financial strategy and business operations.
He also brings personal investing experience from managing rental properties to completing multiple renovation projects and owning a restoration franchise. His background provides valuable insight into evaluating property condition, renovation costs, and risk, making his perspective highly relevant for local real estate investors.
