Curious about indoor cycling but not sure where to start? 🚴‍♀️ Join us for a BeatBoss™ Intro to Cycling class. Whether you're completely new to cycling or just looking to brush up on your skills, this class is perfect for you!

Becky will guide you through everything you need to know to get started, from how to properly adjust your bike to mastering your first pedal strokes to BeatBoss™ movements and how to maximize your ride. By the end of class, you’ll feel confident and excited to come back for another workout!

Cost: $25 (includes 2 FREE cycling classes after your intro!)
