You’ll also gain a clearer understanding of how local government and health structures operate—and how they intersect with the VCSE sector.

Speaker:

Julie Gavin, incoming CEO and experienced sector leader, will guide the session. With over 15 years of experience working in the voluntary and community sector, Julie brings deep insight into governance, funding, and partnership working with statutory bodies. Her practical knowledge and strategic perspective will help trustees connect the dots between sector data, emerging trends, and the systems that shape their organisation’s work.
