Join us for a deeply restorative half day retreat designed to reconnect you with your body, mind and spirit. Return to wholeness weaves together gentle movement, energy activation, sound and reiki in a nourishing group setting, the perfect way to guide you back to balance and inner peace.

What to expect -

Opening circle and choose a crystal - a perfect time to ground into the space and set any intentions.

Awakening movements - Chair friendly stretching, shaking and gentle flow to awaken the body.

Kundalini Activation - Held by 4 facilitators to open energy pathways and expand consciouness.

Break - Light refreshments - Vegetarian offerings - If you have any allergies please do reach out so these can be accomodated for.

Sound bath with Ingrid - A powerful sound journey featuring gongs, singing bowls, chimes, tibetan bowls and a rain drum. Creating resonance and release.

Group reiki with Dawn, Jaimi and Natalie - Shared energy healing from 3 reiki masters attuned to Usui, Holy Fire, Karuna and Angelic reiki styles. Offering a rich multidiemensional experience.

Reflection and Journalling - Time to share, honour and integrate your experience

Closing Meditation and blue lotus tea - A sacred closing to bring you back into wholeness.

Health and safety notes

Sound healing - Sound baths are not suitable for anyone with sound sensitive epilepsy, stents or pacemakers. Please consult a medical professional with any questions.

Energy healing - Reiki and Kundalini are both complimentary holistic practices and should not replace medical or psychological treatments.

Blue lotus tea - Naturally releaxing, but not recommended if you are pregnant, breast feeding or taking mental health medications, sleep Medic*tion or any sedatives. Those with sensitive digestion or bowel conditions may experience mild upset or drowsiness - Alternative herbal teas will be available.

Pregnancy Guidelines - This retreat isnt suitable during pregnancy. Sound baths are not recommended in the first trimester, Kundalini activation isnt recommended in the third trimester and blue lotus tea should be avoided through out the entire pregnancy.
