On Saturday, December 20th, invite your friends and family to join us in celebrating the holidays with our 2nd Annual Christmas Gathering, delivered by Chef Michal in collaboration with Cube Coffee Bar.
✨ON THE MENU✨
First Course: Roasted Pear Amuse Bouche 💋
🍐 Pear roasted to softness, layered with onion jam, Brie, walnuts, herbs, crisp wonton, and a touch of balsamic.
Second Course: Salmon Gravlax
🌊 Silken salmon meets chèvre mousse and cucumber curls, nestled beside golden blinis (crepes).
Main Course: Beef Wellington
🥩 A decadent flaky crust encasing prime beef, served with velvety parsnip purée, glazed carrots, and a bold demi-glace.
Dessert: Aniko’s Hazelnut Torte
🍰 A rich and dense flourless cake layered with apricot jam and mocha cream, finished with a dark chocolate ganache. Served with stone fruit coulis and house-made gelato.
