Please join me Saturday May 25th 10am - 12 noon for a 2 hour class with Kundalini Yoga Kriyas (sets), meditation and mantra to explore the throat chakra.

This extended class is for you if you want to explore your voice, authentic, honest self expression, foster clarity and conscious communication and improve your listening skills (most of us listen to reply, not listen to hear!).

Location is Happy Chakra Yoga, 20 Bay Street, Tweed Heads, free on site parking available. You can arrive up to fifteen minutes prior to get settled, we will start and finish on time.
