Aromatherapy for Mental Health An Essential Oil & Mental Health Experience

Feeling a bit like a tangled ball of yarn these days? Join us for a delightful romp into the world of essential oils, where we’ll discover how these plant-powered potions can help untangle your mind, body, and spirit! Prepare for giggles, good smells, and guidance from a friendly clinical therapist who’ll help you navigate the winding roads of your nervous system. You’ll even get to play alchemist alongside our Essential Oils Specialist and concoct your very own custom essential oil blend to take home and keep the good vibes rolling. Get ready to swap your stress for some serious serenity!

Directions/Special instructions:
Each participant will receive one custom essential oil blend. You may make additional rollers for $5/each (cash preferred – Venmo, Zelle and PayPal accepted).

*Minimum of 4 participants required for class to be held
*Must be able to navigate up one flight of stairs on a spiral staircase safely and comfortably.
