According to a study by The Ohio State Medical Center, 65% of moms reported feeling alone -- a startling statistic, considering we were never meant to mom alone. Making friends isn’t an easy task, but, as moms, having a community is so important to our emotional health. Bona Miekley, MomCo leader and life coach, shares her experience with making friends and offers a few tips to make it a little easier.
