All New in 2025!

For the past eight years, we’ve proudly partnered with industry leaders across West Alabama to equip students with the knowledge and inspiration they need to confidently choose a career path as they enter high school.

This year, we’re excited to introduce an all-new experience—and it’s open to the entire community! Join us for Community WOW on Wednesday, October 8th, from 2–6 PM for an afternoon of hands-on exploration. Families can discover interactive career exhibits, and job seekers will have the chance to meet with top regional employers—some conducting on-the-spot interviews.

WOW is more than a career expo—it’s a movement. A movement to grow local talent, strengthen our workforce, and show families and community members the incredible opportunities available right here in West Alabama.

It’s where futures begin—and lives are changed.
