Story Time with Valeri Scheps

Local author Valeri Scheps will read her newly published children’s book, "She Didn’t Pout About It Much," at the Turtle Lake Public Library on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. The event is free and open to the public! Children attending can expect hands-on activities following the reading!

About the Author:
Valeri Scheps is a semi-retired pediatric speech-language pathologist and the mother of 3 grown children. She lives near Almena with her Scheps Dairy farming husband, Dan. "She Didn’t Pout About It Much," is her debut children’s book and is available for purchase on Amazon.
