Essential Yoga @ Lions Park

Let's get outside and move our body to improve strength, balance and flexibility! Here is your invitation to yins nearby Pittsburgh to join me for a gentle morning flow at this quaint park in Turtle Creek! Make time for mindful breath and movement and reconnect with the healing energy of the earth. This practice will include stretching, meditation, aromatherapy, optional hands on assists and deep relaxation.

✨ Gather together in the shade of the trees (off the Fran Colonello Trail) at Lions Park on Wednesdays from 9-10a

🌺 Please bring a mat and a blanket to practice on and water
🌳 There is a short nature trail if you would also like to join in for a walk after practice
