Free Pop-Up Outside Yoga Class!

We're offering a free, all levels, "slow flow" type Yoga Class (donations welcome!) at the gorgeous park at the Great Falls Discovery Center. Meet in the parking lot on 2nd street, in Turners Falls at high noon!
Help Tim dust off his teaching skills, and enjoy a free class, outside, on a lovely fall day!
We will have some props/yoga mats for folks, but please bring an mats, blankets, yoga props you'd like - or do yoga on the lovely earth.
