Join permaculture artist, woodworker, and mushroom grower TO for a hands-on workshop on the art of shiitake mushroom cultivation. Based in a timber-framed cottage in Maine, TO has been cultivating a wide variety of mushrooms for over a decade and is the creator of the groundbreaking Reishi Bonsai Bowl Project.

In this workshop, TO will share his passion and expertise, guiding you through the step-by-step process of inoculating your very own shiitake log. You’ll learn how to select the right logs, apply the spawn, and care for your project to ensure a bountiful harvest.
