The Undoing of the Will (Arthur Schopenhauer). *Focus: Schopenhauer defines existence as being driven by a primal, blind, irrational force he termed The Will, which is the root of all suffering. *Application: Our first step is The Diagnosis. We identify the specific, self-sabotaging pattern that acts as your inherited "Will" to suffer—for example, repeating a grandparent's financial ruin or unconsciously carrying a parent's loneliness.
2.
