Usui Reiki Level One Certification Class

Begin your Reiki journey with this foundational Level One training & attunement in the Usui tradition. This immersive class introduces you to the rich history and principles of Reiki while empowering you to channel healing energy for yourself and others.

Over the course of this training, you will:

- Explore the origins and philosophy of Usui Reiki
- Learn how to cultivate self-healing and daily Reiki practices
- Discover techniques for offering Reiki to plants and animals
- Practice giving Reiki to friends and family with confidence and care

Through a blend of teaching, discussion, and hands-on practice, you’ll leave feeling attuned to Reiki energy and prepared to integrate it into your life with compassion and clarity.
