Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (TMAPC)
 February 4, 2026 at 1:00 PM
 175 E 2nd St, Tulsa, OK 74103
This is an open, on-the-record public meeting addressing zoning and development decisions that directly affect public health, water, land use, and taxpayer funds.
Representative Derrick Hildebrant has been repeatedly notified and is able to attend.
PUBLIC QUESTION FOR REP. DERRICK HILDEBRANT
Why do you continue to avoid addressing the following documented concerns raised by your constituents?
• Open coal mines
• Dead horses and livestock
• Arsenic, mercury, and lead contamination
• Impacts to Spunky Creek and surrounding water
• Taxpayer-funded development incentives
• The Anthem Data Center and related zoning actions
Constituent calls go unanswered.
Requests for explanation are ignored.
Environmental accountability is deflected.
Citizens calling (918) 856-0980 are encouraged to ask, respectfully:
• Will you attend the February 4, 2026 TMAPC meeting?
• Do you support an independent environmental study?
• Will you address contamination and public health risks?
If these concerns are exaggerated — say so publicly.
If they are unfounded — release the data.
If they are real — do your job and act.
Campaign videos and Route 66 imagery do not replace representation.
Silence does not equal leadership.
This post is made in good faith for public transparency and civic engagement.
Citizens are watching.
The record is being preserved.
Failure to respond is itself an answer.
