Close out the month and a long summer day with mindfulness and movement in the beautiful Philbrook Gardens. This 75-minute class blends breathwork, yoga, and meditation to help align body and mind with the rhythm of the day and season. All levels are welcome. Whether you’re new to yoga or deep in your practice, this experience is about coming together in community—with friends, family, and nature—to open up and wind down with intention.

Why sunset yoga?
Practicing during this golden hour encourages deep relaxation, eases muscle tension, and helps promote a more restful night’s sleep. Surrounded by nature and bathed in soft evening light, it’s a moment to pause, soften, and simply be.

What to bring:

Yoga mat
Water bottle
Optional: blanket or towel for added comfort
