This evening’s theme invites you to explore and express the inner archetypes you consciously or unconsciously embody. What stories do you identify with? And what stories are asking to move through you?
The holiday season—and all its familial mirrors—can stir dormant narratives to the surface. Instead of resisting them, we’ll use movement as a sacred container to feel, express, work with, and gently close the karmic loops that are ready to be released. It is sacred, yes, but none of it is really that serious. At the very least, come shake it out and get your groove on.
Cacao and mocktails will be available for purchase.
This is a donation-based event (suggested $20—pay what you can).
Dance Guidelines
Consent + Sobriety: These are the bedrock of our practice. Please arrive sober, aware, and ready to play.
Move Authentically: Follow your body’s wisdom. Move—or don’t move—in alignment with how you’re feeling.
Disconnect to Reconnect: No shoes. No phones. No chit-chat. (Sounds and self-expression are strongly encouraged.)
Embrace Love: This is an inclusive, safe environment with the soul purpose of raising the vibration of this planet.
