About the event

Kirtan - Music and Chanting
Kirtan is a form of bhakti yoga, or the yoga of devotion, which is an important limb of the ashtanga (eight limbed) yoga system. In kirtan we play music and sing the many names of the Divine as mantras to purify and uplift the mind and spirit.
'Mantra' is a Sanskrit word that translates to 'mind tool' and mantras are used to lift your mind out of habitual patterns and into your highest qualities. Find your voice and let yourself get lost in the ecstatic music that surrounds you in this immersive and empowering experience! * Donation Based *
