Glow & Flow: Yoga Event

Join us for Glow & Flow Family Yoga at the Herman & Kate Kaiser YMCA! This fun, family-friendly class blends gentle movement with a playful glow-in-the-dark twist. We’ll move, breathe, and stretch together under soft lighting with glow sticks to light the way; creating a calming, memorable night for all ages.

🕒 Check-in: 5:30 p.m.
🧘 Class Time: 6:00–7:00 p.m.
📍 Location: Herman & Kate Kaiser YMCA

💙 Cost: Free for YMCA Members • $5 for Non-Members
✨ Glow sticks included while supplies last (feel free to bring your own!)

No yoga experience needed—just bring a mat if you have one (we’ll have a few extras) and come ready to relax, glow, and flow together as a family.
