The first Free First Thursday of 2026 is also New Year's Day!

To celebrate, we're open for FREE on January 1, 2026, for our normal operating hours, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM - thanks to the generous support of Delta Air Lines!

We will close at 5:00 PM so our staff can enjoy the holiday.

Enjoy the Museum’s Great Gallery, Personal Courage Wing, Simonyi Space Gallery, Aviation Pavilion and more for free!

Reservations are not required. Arrive anytime between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The Museum of Flight will not be open for our normal 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM Free First Thursday hours on January 1, 2026.
