【About Merry-Run-Round 🎠🎠🎠】
第一屆 Merry-Run-Round 將會在9月7日在元朗大棠舉行。呢個NRNG 新賽事趣味性非常高！
參賽者將在3.3K越野賽道上以隊際方式進行無限繞圈，在限時內完成最多圈數者勝出。賽事分為2個組別:
▶️奔紛跑 〰️
隊際人數:1-4 人* 👫👬
限時: 2小時 🕑
▶️耐力跑〰️
隊際人數:1-6人* 👬👫🧑🤝🧑
限時: 4小時 🕓
賽事適合不同成員如跑會跑友、朋友、同事、家庭成員等自由組合參賽。大家可以先擬定策略定好次序出場或到時執生，賽例並沒有要求各隊伍隊員的出場順序。出場跑嘅要出力跑，休息嘅要落力打氣！
目標係大家齊心，玩得開心😄

The first edition of Merry-Round-Run will take place on September 7th in Tai Tong, Yuen Long. This new trail race offers a unique twist!
Participants will compete in a relay format on a 3.3km lap, with the winner being the team (or individual) that completes the most laps within the time limit. The race features two categories:
▶️ Fun Challenge
Team size: 1-4 people* 👫👬
Time limit: 2 hours 🕑
▶️ Endurance Challenge
Team size: 1-6 people* 👬👫🧑🤝🧑
Time limit: 4 hours 🕓
This race is perfect for various groups, including running club members, friends, colleagues, and family members who can freely form a team to participate together. Participants can devise strategies and decide the order of runners, with the flexibility to adapt during the event. There are no specific requirements for the relay order, so the focus is on teamwork and having fun! 😄
*Note: A team can consist of just one person taking on the challenge solo. Why not go for it? 😆
