Wounded Healer Circle: Ancestral Shadows Sound Bath Meditation

Each month, the Wounded Healer Circle invites you into an intimate gathering inside the serene Blue Temple Yurt near downtown Tucson. Together, we explore the Wounded Healer archetype through guided discussion, reflective practices, meditation, and a crystal bowl sound bath.

This month’s theme is Ancestral Shadows. We will begin with a short talk and group discussion, opening space to explore the patterns, stories, and imprints that live within us. From there, we’ll move into a guided meditation and sound bath designed to support deep rest, release, and inner listening.

The Ancestral Shadows theme invites you to notice the ways ancestral memory may surface in your life — not to heal or fix, but to witness with compassion. As we sit in circle, you’ll be held in a space of reflection, sound, and shared presence, leaving you with new insights to carry into your season.

Below is how our time will be spent:

• You'll have the chance to pull an oracle card to set an intention
• We will share our intentions for our time together (optional)
• We'll discuss the theme of the month
• You'll be led through a guided sound bath meditation
• You'll have the opportunity to free write and connect with like-minded spirits

Please bring:

• A journal (if you'd like to free write)
• Blankets, cushion, pillow (optional)
• An open mind and heart

*Yoga mats are provided
