✨ Experience somatic practices that return you to wholeness
✨ Activate your creative life force for manifestation
Please bring:
• Something comfortable to sit on (yoga mats are perfect)
• Any altar items you wish to place in shared sacred space
• A journal + pen
• An open heart & willingness to be seen
