Join us for a relaxing midweek music break during the fifth season of Music in the Courtyard, a free concert series in the beautiful Historic Pima County Courthouse Courtyard.
Presented in partnership with SAACA, Pima County Attractions & Tourism, Visit Tucson and the Tucson Folk Festival, this live music series brings local talent to the heart of downtown Tucson—perfect for a midday break, lunch outing, or cultural escape in your workday. Featuring a rotating lineup of Tucson Folk Festival artists and regional performers.
For fifty-five years, folksinger Don Armstrong has been touring the country (also Canada and Mexico) singing his songs. He has been called a "Tucson Treasure" and a "consummate songwriter" (Arizona Daily Star). Don (vocals, guitar, banjo), is often joined by Liz Cerepanya (vocals), Peter Dalton Ronstadt (vocals, guitar, Pennsylvania Stomp Box), Nick Coventry (violin), Alvin Blaine (dobro, accordion) and Slim Rost (bass).
