In this workshop, we will use the power of art as a tool for shadow work - uncovering, exploring, and integrating the hidden aspects of ourselves. Through guided meditation, intuitive drawing, and expressive art practices, you’ll learn how to give form to the unseen, release old patterns, and reconnect with your wholeness.
No art experience is required - this is about process, and authentic self expression, not perfection.
Together, we will:
Explore how shadow work can reveal unconscious blocks and gifts.
Express emotions and memories through color, shape, and form.
Transform pain, fear, and limitation into insight and empowerment.
Create artworks that act as healing portals and reflections of your journey.
By the end of this experience, you will not only leave with pieces of art, but also with practical tools and inspiration to continue your self-healing practice - finding beauty in the places you once feared to look.
About the Facilitator:
Kati Astraeir is a visionary artist and multidimensional channel whose work explores the intersection of art, music, healing, and spiritual awakening. She journeyed through deep darkness in her younger years, with colored pencils as her only tools of survival. Through her art, she learned how to heal herself and connect with higher-dimensional aspects of being. She will be sharing gems of wisdom from her journey and teaching you how to access and cultivate higher states of creative flow. Her drawings, workshops, and sound offerings serve as portals into deeper remembrance.
