Diabetes Prevention Program

The National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) is a partnership of public and private organizations. Partners make it easier for people at risk for type 2 diabetes to participate in an evidence-based lifestyle change program to reduce their risk of type 2 diabetes. We have achieved CDC full plus recognition. The Full Plus Recognition designation is reserved for Diabetes Prevention Programs that have effectively delivered a quality, evidence-based program that meets all of the standards for CDC recognition and will last for the next five years!
